Organic Thai Spa is looking for a supervisor!

Working Location: 2471 Bayswater Street, Vancouver, BC V6K 4N3
Position: Supervisor (Permanent, Full-time)
Available: 1
Wage: $36.60 per hour
Working hours: 30~40 hours per week
Benefits: Paid vacation and sick time by BC Employment Standards.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the staff for daily operations.
- Assist manager for building work schedule and maintaining the operational records/documents, if required.
- Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations to new and existing staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all training aligns with provincial health and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed training records and assist with quality assurance.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate new techniques into training.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Participate in meetings with a manager/owner for training and seasonal promotions etc.
- My need to perform the duties as esthetician, if needed.
Requirement:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of Secondary
- Minimum 2 year of related work experience is required including a minimum 1 year of working experience in supervisory roles.
- Any certificates and diplomas in beauty and personal care would be an asset.
- Available to work all weekends and holidays.
