Job Description:
Goodrich Realty is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, email handling, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit professional documents, including listing agreements, buyer and seller agency contracts, purchase offers, and land subdivision documentation.
Analyze internal and external communications, including market reports, transaction summaries, client inquiries, and partner correspondence.
Prepare briefing notes, client update reports, and executive summaries for senior managers to support informed decision-making across property sales, land assembly, and investment advisory.
Schedule and organize all team meetings, strategic planning sessions, and ad hoc board discussions.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution of follow-up action items.
Conduct property-specific and market-based research to support commercial and residential transactions
Liaise with property managers, real estate agents, legal representatives, and development firms on behalf of the executive team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or post-secondary education related to Business Administration or related field
3 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
