Job Description:
Candidate must be able to perform following duties while working as a Retail Store supervisor:
- Train and supervise store staff, including recruitment, training and preparation of their work schedules.
- Educate customers about product specifications, care and maintain products, inventory and sales.
- Manage, schedule and inspect the deliveries of fuel, ensure that the storage and dispensing of fuel meets environmental and government standards as well as requirements.
- Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels and forecasting future sales.
- Resolve customer complaints while adhering to company policies.
- Audit internal accounts and sales on regular basis, identify discrepancies and resolve errors if any.
- Regularly compile reports on sales, expenses, customer interactions and inventory, and forward required reports to the station owners.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum requirement will be a Diploma from Canadian College of recognized standing.
- Minimum 1 years of experience of supervising retail business.
