USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
E-Net Solutions Inc. is permanently hiring for 3 positions for User Support Technician for Surrey Location
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities;
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users.
• Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
• Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by users.
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software programs.
• Help other technical support workers.
• Travel one to another existing company to identify difficulties.
Employment requirements:
Candidates having a college diploma in computer science, website technology, or network administration are eligible to apply. A candidate with experience in a similar establishment may be an asset, but this requirement is not mandatory.
Salary: $36.00/Hour and guaranteed 30 hours/week
