We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer - Administration to oversee administrative operations and support the day-to-day functions of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and supporting staff with administrative tasks.

Job Duties:

 

The major responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Skills requirements:

  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • College diploma in business or public administration
  • Strong client relationship management skills

  • Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail, with the ability to enter and verify large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information

Terms of employment:

Permanent Position of 40 hours per week
