Job Title: Bakery Plant Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Location: Bldg 5 - 20381 62nd Ave Langley, British Columbia V3A 5E6

Wage rate: $36.60/hour for 40 hours per week.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the operations during the shift.
• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers in the shift to meet the production target.
• Establish processes to enhance productivity and co-ordinate with shipping section for timely delivery.
• Train the workers in job duties and safety procedures to minimize hazards during the food production process.
• Recommend procedures and ensure compliance to improve productivity and quality.
• Prepare production reports and labour utilization charts to improve profits.
• Ensure the equipment is serviceable and the work area is clean at all times.
