WANTED: Manager (Full-time / Permanent)

Conditions:
- Location: 1088 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2R9
- Compensation: $36.60 per hour
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the store for daily operation for scheduling, hiring, record keeping, auditing cash management, ordering and developing staff performance etc.
- Observe the staff’s performance and professionally deliver any feedback for their development.
- Plan and execute the seasonal promotions with the team ensuring their knowledge and targets.
- Participate in meetings regarding operational discussions for marketing, target planning etc., if required.
- Follow and train operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, security and health and safety
- Ensure food and service meet the company standards.
- Develop positive relationships with the team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
- Hire and train new staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- May perform the duties as a shift supervisor or a barista on the floor, if needed.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Completion of Secondary (high) school
- Minimum 3 year of working experience in food service industry including minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be available to work between 5AM - 7PM.
- Must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
