Job Summary:
Permanent, full-time Restaurant Manager needed for a busy Tim Hortons location in Toronto. Lead a team, ensure smooth food service operations, and deliver great customer experiences.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate comprehensive restaurant operations including food preparation, service delivery, labor, Health and Safety and Quality Standard Protocols as per budget and Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations and support profitability.
Determine optimal service delivery methods and implement standardized operational procedures as per Tim Hortons brand standards and policies
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified staff
Implement staff training programs and brand operational procedures, covering food safety, customer service, equipment operation; Monitor and conduct performance evaluations
Create and manage staff work schedules ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods while controlling labor costs and ensuring profitability and productivity for the Restaurant
Control and monitor inventory levels for food products, supplies, and packaging materials to minimize waste and Control costs and manage inventory efficiently
Plan and monitor food preparation, baking and cooking levels, to increase sales potential and minimize wastage, while ensuring food safety
Maintain Service Standards, handle customer complaints and deliver customer service standards and deliver great customer experiences
Plan and Execute Marketing plans as per brand guidelines
Plan and Manage group orders or bulk supplies, and event catering with clients
Manage cash handling procedures, daily deposits, and financial reporting requirements
