Permanent Position: Janitorial Services Manager.

Wage Rate: $36.60 per hr for 40 hours per week.
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Education: High School.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of work experience.
Languages: Basic Knowledge of English.
Main Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of the establishment.
Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to meet cleanliness and service standards.
Manage budgets and inventory, including cleaning supplies and equipment.
Respond to inquiries or complaints, offering solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
Manage contracts related to advertising, marketing, or client services.
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring a well-functioning team.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Weight handling capability up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
