Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of crew members who prepare and portion food items as per the menu.
- Establish strategies and methods to meet work schedules.
- Provide training to crew members in job duties, sanitation and safety measures.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Ensure customer issues are addressed to maintain service quality.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, maintenance, sales, and product wastage.
- Prepare documentation and submit reports in accordance with company procedures.
- Communicate with Restaurant Manager to ensure policies and procedures are being followed by team members.
