Job description:


Location: 690 Dorval Drive suite 200,

                  Oakville, ON L6K 3X9 (Work must be completed both in person and remotely.)

Salary: $ 48.50 hourly / 30 hours per week

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Vacancy: 1

Employment Type: Permanent & Full Time

Overtime: 1.5 times the gross pay after completing of 44 hours a week 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to determine project and business requirements.
  • Record technical specifications to ensure products, processes, and solutions align with organizational needs.
  • Design, develop, and deploy business solutions for information systems.
  • Provide guidance on information systems strategy, policies, management, and service delivery.
  • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and contingency plans to reduce the impact of security breaches.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Review and evaluate quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Perform usability testing to assess system performance and user experience.
  • Execute tests and implement security and quality control measures.

Qualification & Skills required:

  • Completion of a College/CEGEP program in information technology, network administration, or a related computer science field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT, networking, or software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in networking software, networking security, extranet/internet technologies, servers, Python, and MS SQL Server.
  • Strong understanding of software quality assurance practices and information security protocols.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail while seated for extended periods.
  • Excellent english written and oral communication, client service, organizational, analytical, and judgment skills with efficient interpersonal abilities.
