Security Guard Supervisor – VP Protection Inc.
Location: 505 CONSUMERS ROAD, UNIT 910, NORTH YORK, ON M2J 4V8
Type: Permanent, Full-Time (On-site)
Hours: 30–40 per week
Salary: $26.50–$35.50/hour (negotiable)

About the Role

VP Protection Inc. is seeking a Security Guard Supervisor to oversee a small team, coordinate operations, and ensure smooth, safe, and professional service delivery. This position is strictly on-site — no remote work option.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact during emergency situations.

• Coordinate activities with other departments or work units.

• Prepare and submit progress and incident reports.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements.

• Supervise, schedule, and review the work of 3–4 team members.

• Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

• Oversee office and volunteer personnel.

• Develop and maintain work schedules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Language: English

• Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience

• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit holder).
