Type: Permanent, Full-Time (On-site)
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: $34.50/hour
Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend

VP Protection Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Dispatchers to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure smooth logistics, and lead a small, efficient team. This position requires on-site work only — no remote option.
Develop and implement priority-based plans.
Organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Coordinate activities with other departments and work units.
Prepare and submit operational reports.
Resolve work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend productivity improvements.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Assign, supervise, and review the work of staff.
Maintain and organize inventory.
Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
Language: English
Education: College/CEGEP certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year) OR equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 month to less than 7 months in a related supervisory role.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit holder).
