Job Duties:
- Compile and maintain records and reports related to transportation operations, including driver activity and delivery performance.
- Suggest enhancements to improve workflows, delivery methods, and logistical processes.
- Handle operational challenges, offer expert advice to drivers, and propose ways to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Manage and direct drivers and transportation tasks, ensuring timely and effective execution of delivery schedules.
- Organize training sessions or facilitate learning opportunities for drivers to enhance their skills.
- Arrange and oversee daily transport activities, including dispatching and route planning.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all transport operations.
- Oversee vehicle upkeep and manage rental logistics, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and available.
Supervision: 5-10 people
