Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Main Duties

• Supervise and coordinate farm workers in seeding, growing, harvesting and packing microgreens
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules and assign tasks to staff
• Train new workers in farm procedures, food safety and workplace safety
• Monitor crop growth, irrigation, lighting and climate conditions in the growing rooms
• Maintain organic certification and PrimusGFS food-safety records
• Check harvested product for quality and prepare orders for delivery
• Track inventory of seeds, growing media and packaging, and report needs to management
• Make sure equipment is cleaned, maintained and used safely
• Help the Director with production planning and other farm management tasks
