Programware Inc., located at 2206 Eglinton Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, is looking for a Professional Services Manager to join our growing digital solutions team. If you are ready to lead projects and support our clients’ success, we would like to hear from you.

 

Job details:

  • Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Working Location: 2206 Eglinton Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario
  • Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time (30 hrs/Week)
  • Compensation: $57.44, two weeks of paid vacation and public holidays

 

Responsibilities:

•            Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate day to day operations for digital solution delivery, data analysis programs, technical strategy engagements, and project management portfolios

•            Plan, develop, and organize operating policies, delivery standards, and procedures for these service lines

•            Develop action plans and solution roadmaps, provide subject matter expertise to meet client needs, and support and advise project teams throughout delivery

•            Direct and advise staff in building and implementing service quality and performance assessment methods, including metrics and continuous improvement practices

•            Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, statements of work, tools, and vendor contracts, and oversee procurement of equipment and software

•            Assist staff with administrative or technical issues, remove delivery blockers, and escalate risks with clear mitigation plans

•            Hire, train, and supervise analysts, project managers, engineers, and consultants, and guide performance management and professional development

 

Requirements:

•            College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

•            English proficiency is a must

•            2 to 3 years of work experience

•            Operate with strong attention to detail in planning, documentation, and quality control

•            Thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

•            Manage a large caseload and workload across multiple concurrent client projects

•            Balance strategic planning with hands on execution to keep delivery on track

•            Adapt quickly to changing client needs and timelines, maintaining service quality
