Wages: $36.60 per hour, 40 hours per week;

Overtime wage: $54.90 after 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% Vacation pay
Work Location: 13043 68 Avenue, Surrey BC, V3W 2E5  (The candidate is required to work on various locations in the lower mainland depending on work project)

Eligibility:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
• Repair cracks, holes, and other surface defects
• Mix paint to achieve desired colour and texture
• Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other wall coverings
• Advise clients on colour selection and wall covering options
• Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging as required
• Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
