Responsibilities:
✅ Provide individualized care, ensuring the child’s emotional, physical, and social well-being.
✅ Provide attentive care, ensuring the child’s safety and well-being.
✅ Assist with daily routines, including personal hygiene, meals, structured activities, and bedtime routines.
✅ Encourage sensory-friendly learning, communication development, and skill-building exercises tailored to the child's needs.
✅ Create a positive, structured, and engaging environment that fosters growth, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
✅ Work closely with parents and therapists to implement behavioral strategies, therapy exercises, and structured schedules for consistency.
Requirements:
✔Previous experience caring for children with autism or special needs.
✔ Excellent patience, empathy, and communication skills.
✔ CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Preference for bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Nepali.
