Looking for a Manager for Bolan Thai Cuisine!
Position: Manager
Employer: Bolan Thai Cuisine (operated by Thaibolan Inc.)
Number of Opening: 1
Conditions:
- Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
- Work Location: 709 Mt. Pleasant Road, ?Toronto, ON M4S 2N4
- Compensation: $5,500 per Month
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
- MUST BEavailable to work a flexible schedule including any weekdays, weekends and holidays

Job duties:
- Manage, plan, organize, control, and evaluate the staff for daily operation.
- Build work schedules considering the seasons, business trends and community events etc.
- Monitor, coach, and manage staffs’ performance.
- Optimize profitability by controlling key variable costs of food, supplies and labour.
- Maintain and plan for inventory and orders.
- Build professional relationships with team, vendors, and neighbours.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain and report monthly cash reconciliation as per company standards.
- Hire and plan for training new staff(s).
- May need to perform the duties as staff (covering breaks etc.), if required.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Completion of Secondary
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in food service including at least 1 years of supervisory experience
