Home Support Worker
We are seeking Home Support Worker, who is reliable, organized, friendly and dedicated to look after our elderly family member.
Skills and Employment Requirements: -
- Completion of secondary school
- English language
- Permanent, Full Time (30 to 40 Hours a week)
- Experience: 7 months to 1 year as support worker
- Work Site Environnent : Non-smoking
Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and assisting with mobility.
- Support in daily activities such as walking, sitting, exercising, and companionship.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
- Administer medications on time and maintain health routines.
- Assist with hygiene and ensure the surroundings are safe and obstacle-free.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Perform any other related caregiving duties as required.
Permanent position and Salary $ 23.00 per hour plus 4% Vacation pay as per Canadian law
