Skills Requirements
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Work Experience:
2 years minimum

Arrange teams to complete tasks on time and to ensure the quality and accuracy of all projects
Manage work schedules and procedures, track hours, monitor performance, and prepare reports and paperwork
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Coordinate inbound and outbound including paperwork, shipping, and arrangements
Complete daily checklists and forms to ensure quality and accuracy
Communicate and work with external agencies and internal teams
Support the Operations Manager on daily projects and in meeting weekly production goals
Work with the Operations Manager to identify and resolve concerns and obstacles
Maintain and enforce operation standards, including safety procedures for the handling of goods, and ensure compliance
Coordinate product inventory levels and floor space
Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Monitoring and requisition of supplies and materials when necessary
Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for multiple projects
Minimum 2-years of experience supervising a team
Minimum 2-years of warehouse experience
Must be knowledgeable of warehouse operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively
Ability to take initiative and innovate
Quick learner with the ability to adapt
Criminal record check upon request
Own transportation
Valid driver's license
Attention to detail
Hand-eye co-ordination
