Printing Press Operator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Operate and monitor printing presses and related equipment to produce printed materials according to company and client specifications.
- Review job orders to determine production requirements such as layouts, colour sequence, timelines, and quantities.
- Set up and adjust press settings, including ink flow, speed, pressure, and registration, to maintain high-quality output.
- Inspect samples and monitor press runs to ensure colour accuracy, alignment, and consistency throughout production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues, and perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to equipment.
- Maintain records of production runs, materials used, and report any deviations from specifications.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and coordinate with the press crew to meet production goals.
