•Identifying training gaps and making sure necessary training is provided to the staff members
•Preparing reports related to sales, staff performance and customers' concerns
Additional Skills:
Conduct performance reviews, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Organize and maintain inventory
