Salary: $36.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Supervision: 3-4 people
Tasks
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Manage staff schedule and delegate work to staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Communicate with team to resolve issues related to scheduling, delays, etc.
- Carry out administrative activities
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as office and warehouse supplies
- Assist in the preparation, data entry and reconciliation of inventory counts
- Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
- Review monthly program fees and charges for accuracy; propose solutions to reduce fees and charges and help implement agreed-upon solution
- Train staff and ensure tasks are executed according to company policies
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
