Hiring: Early Childhood Educators (ECE)
Are you an enthusiastic and caring professional passionate about shaping young minds?
We are expanding our dedicated team and we are currently looking for Early Childhood Educators (ECEs). We welcome applications from recent graduates and Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) holders who are eager to gain valuable Canadian work experience and grow their careers in childcare.
Position Details
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible schedule, to be determined)
- Vacancies: 3
- Wage: $19.00/hour
- Location: Calgary, AB
- Employer is willing to support the PR via PNP Pathway
Education and Experience
- Completion of a two- to four-year college program in early childhood education or a bachelor's degree in child development is required.
- Canadian certification in ECE & LEVEL 2 or 3 ACCREDATION .
- Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant childcare experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement child-care programs fostering physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
- Lead storytelling, songs, crafts, and recreational activities
- Guide children with daily routines including eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- Encourage creativity through play, music, art, and drama
- Monitor and record children’s learning progress and behavior
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and community service providers
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive environment
- Supervise child-care assistants and support team members
