 Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Capable to communicate in English 

Experience:
Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
1. Report on the performance of computer systems and networks;
2. Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer;
3. Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions;
4. Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties;
5. Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support    analysts; 
6. Participate in the redesign of applications and other software;
7. Supervise other technical support workers in this group; 
8. Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties;
9. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software;
10. Provide customer service;
11. Manage incidents;
12. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
