Shordee Generators Sales & Service Ltd. is a leading provider of commercial, industrial, and residential power generation solutions across Saskatchewan. We specialize in the sale, installation, and maintenance of generators and backup power systems, offering high-quality products and reliable service to our customers. 

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales operations, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence.

 


Job Responsibilities (Tasks) 

  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate corporate sales activities and performance.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.

  • Identify and pursue new corporate clients, contracts, and partnership opportunities.

  • Negotiate terms and close high-value sales agreements with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

  • Oversee market research and analyze sales data, financial reports, and forecasts.

  • Establish distribution networks and manage relationships with key suppliers and clients.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and business networking events.

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with technical and service departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

 


Work Setting

  • Office-based position with regular off-site client visits.

  • Occasional travel within Saskatchewan and neighboring provinces required.

 


Experience and Education

  • Minimum 5 years of upper management or senior leadership experience in corporate or industrial sales, business development, or operations management.

  • University degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, management, or a related field.

  • Proven record of success in developing and executing B2B sales strategies.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Experience in the power equipment, electrical, or industrial supply sector is an asset.

Employment Terms

  • Wage: $66.50 per hour

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

  • Overtime: Paid according to Saskatchewan Employment Standards

  • Vacation: Three (3) weeks paid vacation per year

  • Benefits: Health and dental coverage after probationary period

  • Probationary Period: 3 months
