Title of Position: Cook
- Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and Korean cuisine.
- Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Plan menus, determine portion sizes, estimate food requirements and costs, and order supplies.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and set up and oversee buffets as required.
- Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitary.
- Hire and train kitchen staff.
Terms of Employment: Permanent
- Wage: $36.00 Hourly for 30 Hours Per Week
- Benefits: 4% paid vacation
- Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial food preparation
- Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
