Job description:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Valid Ontario Tow Driver Certificate.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
• Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, and fuel delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
• Operate tow trucks and other vehicles to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly secured during transport to prevent damage.
• Respond promptly to service calls, providing assistance to stranded motorists.
• Assess vehicle conditions and determine the appropriate towing methods.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding job status and any issues encountered.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs as needed to ensure safe towing operations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of tow truck equipment and tools.

• Work location- MULTIPLE
• Salary- 36.50 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of employment- Permanent employment/Full time
• Early morning, Evening, Flexible hours, On call, Weekend, Overtime required
