MDL Landscaping Inc. is looking for 2 F/T seasonal landscape maintenance contractors for April to November of 2026 for its busy Landscape Construction & Earthworks company to work in its operation in Cochrane and its surrounding areas in AB. 

 We require candidates with 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance; less experience will be considered upon demonstration of the appropriate level of skills. The company is committed to hiring a candidate willing to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and energetic environment.  Flexible and willing to work long hours.  Candidates must possess a clean criminal record.  Completion of secondary school is an asset.  Language of work:  English. 

Salary compensation: $29.81 /hr. for 44 hours per week.  

Duties:

• Plan and direct landscape construction & earthworks projects.
• Organize and direct planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
• Plan and manage labour, equipment, and materials.
• Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and retaining walls.
• Repair and maintain equipment or schedule outside of MDL.
