Salary: $43.50 to $45.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Supervise daily operations of the repair and towing facility to ensure efficiency and safety.
Coordinate repair schedules for vehicles received through towing or customer service.
Oversee mechanics and technicians to ensure quality and timely completion of repairs.
Communicate with clients regarding assessments, estimates, and repair progress.
Manage inventory of parts, tools, and towing equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Liaise with insurance companies and clients for service approvals and claims.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and billing.
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
Monitor productivity and implement strategies for operational improvement.
