We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale projects from conception to completion.
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large, multimillion-dollar construction projects.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality and profitability.
Manage client relationships, subcontractors, consultants, and on-site teams.
Negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements.
Monitor financial performance, cost control, and risk management strategies.
Ensure all work complies with Canadian building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Mentor and guide project coordinators, site supervisors, and junior managers.
Prepare progress reports and present project updates to executive management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (P.Eng or PMP designation preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
Proven track record managing projects exceeding $10M–$50M in value.
Deep understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), and cost control.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of Canadian construction regulations and health & safety standards.
