Vaughan, ON, L4K 4L8 requires 6 Indian Specialty Cook on permanent full-time basis.
Wage: 20.00 to 25.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
Hours : 30 to 40 hours per week
Experience required : 3 years to less than 5 years verifiable experience required in East Indian Cuisine
Education : Secondary School

Job Duties;
• Prepare Indian meals for parties with ethnic taste and texture.
• Organize and oversee banquet buffet.
• Suggest Recipe Combinations and Fusions for special party orders.
• Overlook the stock level and assist in ordering of dairy, fresh produce, meat and dry goods as per requisitions and requirement of kitchen.
• Plan the menu, size of food portion, estimates food requirements and costs as per party size.
• Dealing with customer concerns related to food.
• All other relevant tasks
