Work location: On-site only
Salary: $30.00 per hour
Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, non-seasonal
Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site-
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Butcher shop
Job Responsibilities-
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting;
- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters;
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers;
- Cut, trim, bone and portion meat into standard and custom cuts;
- Package meat products securely for sale, ensuring correct weight, pricing, labelling, and shelf life information;
- Weigh meat for sale and Price meat products;
- Sell meat products to customers with attention to quality and freshness;
- Supervise other butchers/meat cutters when the owner is absent;
- Grind meats;
- Slice cooked meats and prepare specialty products such as sausages and tied roasts;
- Prepare special displays of meats;
- Ensure clean and safe handling of meat in accordance with food safety standards;
- Maintain inventory and keep records of sales.
