Salary: $54.00 hourly
Hours: 30 to 40 per week

Experience: Five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

Start date: as soon as possible
Education: completion of secondary school

JOB DUTIES AND TASKS
- Plan, organize, and manage production schedules and workflows to meet company targets and deadlines.
- Manage and lead production staff, including supervisors, operators, and technicians. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Ensure operations are compliant with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards (Health Canada, FDA, etc.).
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor production KPls and prepare regular reports on productivity, downtime, yield, and quality metrics.
