Requirements: Class 1 license with air brake endorsement or equivalent from any other province or country.

Location of Work: Various locations in lower mainland

Duties:

Operate and drive primarily straight trucks, pony to dump ground from sites.
Drive truck equipped with dump to transport and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or paving materials.
Tarping of loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or paving materials.
Pull levers or turns crank to tilt body and dump contents.
Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle such as condition of equipment and loading/unloading of dump truck.
Monitor vehicle performance, mechanical fitness, break adjustments and inspect tires.
