Permanent Full-Time Restaurant Manager wanted for a busy “2434946 Alberta Corp. o/a Holy Grill Silverado” located at #19369 Sherriff King Street SW, Calgary, Alberta T2X 0S4. The wage rate is $36.00 per hour and work 30 to 44 hours per week. Benefit includes employee meal, 4% vacation pay and continuous learning opportunity.

JOB DUTIES

• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the daily operations of a fast-food restaurant.
• Assigning job duties to staff and supervising and monitoring their work progress.
• Monitoring manpower needs and recruiting staff and arranging training sessions.
• Setting up staff work schedules according to the restaurant’s needs.
• Conducting staff performance reviews and providing appropriate coaching.
• Responsible for controlling the restaurant’s inventory, while monitoring its revenues and modifying procedures and prices as often as required.
• Acknowledging customer complaints and providing appropriate and prompt resolution to the concerns.
• Ensuring health, safety regulations, and proper food handling procedures are followed according to the company’s high standards.
• Contacting suppliers and negotiating for the required food and other restaurant’s supplies and needs.
• Overseeing events and special orders for all occasions and catering services.
• Providing excellent customer service experience, while encouraging all the other staff and assisting them to do the same.
