Job description:

Our company is looking for experienced Rope Access Technicians to join our team ahead of the 2019 season. The ideal candidate(s) should be motivated, reliable and independent.

Main Job Duties:

-Perform various high elevation window/glass cleaning services

-Perform other exterior maintenance services such as frame cleaning, vent cleaning and caulking

-Use specialized rope access manoeuvres to rappel, ascend and traverse around buildings efficiently

-Use rope access methods to perform basic rigging (set up of anchors systems etc.)

-Inspect ropes and all other related equipment daily

-Inspect work site/environment to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met

-Co-ordinate with supervisor to manage all work activities efficiently

-Provide regular progress updates to relevant company staff and/or job site contact person(s)

Terms:

-Full time, permanent,

-Approximately 37.5 hrs per week

-Wage: $27-$35

-Language of work: English

-Location of work: Various

Skills/Requirements:

-2 years of window cleaning experience

-IRATA or SPRAT Level 1 (valid certification)

-Working at heights training

-High school education

Preferred Skills:

-Ability to travel to various work locations within GTA

-Ability to work occasional atypical hours or weekends
