Founded in 2017 in New Brunswick, Canada, AtlantiCan Inc has quickly developed and offered diversified products and services from retail trade and wholesale distribution of Hotel supplies to Labour supply services in Atlantic Canada.
Overall manage the labour supply service and directly report to the Directors.
Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs
Actively engage business partners in Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia (and other markets in future) on labour supplies and training advisory for Atlantic Canada market.
Maintain close relationship with HR teams of entrepreneurs in Atlantic Canada to identify labour demand and define recruitment criteria.
Provide guidance and arrange logistics support for newcomers being foreign workers, immigrant workers.
Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects and contracts

Able to present information clearly to individuals and groups of clients of various ages
Passion about proving superior customer service and engaging in client-focused conversation,

Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment and embrace change.
Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
Good computer knowledge in software applications (MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and market knowledgeable with minimum 1 (one) year experience at Managerial level in the Labour Supply Consultation Service in Vietnam or other Southeast Asian Markets will be considered an Asset.
