Wage: 24.00 hourly for 50 hours a week (Overtime after 60hrs)
Business /Work Location: 5808 Ormidale St, Vancouver, BC V5R 4R3 (Drivers will in various locations around lower mainland as per company contracts)
Education: High School an asset
Credentials: Class 1 License or equivalent, Air brake endorsement (Z)
Experience: Not Required, (we will provide 2 weeks of paid on job training)
Job Duties:
Operate and drive primarily straight trucks to dump construction materials to dumping grounds mainly short inter urban routes
Maintain Log Book for each trip.
Receive and relay information to central dispatcher.
Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes,
Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness.
