Job description
- Prepare and cook Japanese Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet), dishes and meals
- Create new recipes and plan menus
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $18 Hourly for 35 Hours Per Week
Benefits: 10 days paid holidays
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: college level diploma/certificate in culinary management
- Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in commercial food preparation
- Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
