Job Description
  • Plan, distribute and supervise the work done by employees.
  • Direct & Evaluate the operations of the store.
  • Supervise operation of the store and pharmacy, including opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members.
  • Evaluate competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as brand and prices of competitive merchandise.
  • Supervise receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise.
  • Help customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
  • Monitor revenues and expenses to plan budget.
  • Implement store organization through proper hiring and placement, scheduling of work assignments and delegation.
  • Promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
  • Maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
  • Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
  • Supervise inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and liquidating stock and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.


  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • A post-secondary education or/and minimum one year of experience in the field required.
