Job description:


Main Duties:  

  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Build and control financial data support system
  • Develop and maintain financing strategies, scopes, procedures, operation steps, guidelines and management system, etc.
  • Review work, mentor and develop direct reports to deliver team objectives
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of financial team
  • Recruit and interview stuff to the financial team and provide orientation.
  • Actively manage the quarterly reports to senior management and shareholders
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports. Conduct presentations of report to executive management team and shareholders.
  • Handle merges and acquisitions
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Follow-up performance of value creation plan
  • Optimize risk and profit management process and systems
  • Act as liaison between the company and external financial service organizations
  • Setup and implement policies for investments


Employment requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required.
  2. Several years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities are required.


  1. The compensation for this position is  $minimum 53CAD / HR  on 35 HR work week.
  2. This will be salary based position with paid overtime , bonuses and 4% vacation allowance as per Ontario Regulation.
