Wage & Benefits

- $22.50 – 25.00/hr (depending on experience)  based on 30-35hrs/wk

- 4% Vacation Paid

Education  

Completion of Secondary School  

Experience 

At least 2 years of work experience or a university degree or college diploma in business or public administration

Terms of Employment

Full-Time, Permanent (Part-Time is also welcome)

Job Duties

-Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, such as ordering, purchasing, arranging vehicle schedule to deliver

-Establish work priorities according to monthly schedule

-Assist in updating company order guide, company general file, etc.

-Review and ensure delivery schedules are met with agents and clients overseas

-Communicate with finance assistant to prepare and send GST return, and PST return file

-Follow up account receivable from overseas

-Prepare weekly, monthly reports and correspondence
