Job description:
Discuss with users to identify and document requirements;
Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes;
Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery;
Design, develop, integrate, test and implement information systems and business solutions for the identified business requirements and needs;
Develop and perform user acceptance testing and functional test plan;
Upgrade current system including website and sales system;
Integrate end-to-end solution, including CRM, Financial and website/Mobil APP;
Prepare operational documentation for implemented information systems business solution.
