Job description:
Manufacturing Manager is requried to perform the following duties:
Plan, organize, direct and evaluate daily operations.
Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency.
Plan and allocate work to ensure optimal utilization of labour and machinery resources and to ensure delivery commitments and project labour budgets are met.
Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products.
Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work to improve productivity.
Conduct regular machine maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure functional operating plant infrastructure,
Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures
Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques to ensure that there is adequate trained staff to support projected business volume.
