Our enterprise platform integrates mobile real-time feedback, interactive push messaging and detailed user-data used to analyze consumer behaviour, trends, audit and ensure industrial compliance.

Job description:


TruVerus™ is currently seeking a Product Manager to join their Ontario team. A
Product Manager will be a key contributor to grow our business and will work
closely with our vendors, sales and product management team.

Role and Responsibilities
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop a comprehensive product offering
that meets customer goals and objectives while maximizing divisional sales
and profitability goals.
• Assess and identify product portfolio planning including development of
business case, development, system and operational requirements and
product scope definition.
• Strategic planning to ensure growth and profitability of the assigned vendor
lines.
• Client relationship management, including but not limited to advise clients on
advertising or sales promotion strategies.
• Develop and implement suitable advertising campaigns for print or electronic
media.
• Develop strong business relationships by liaising with internal stakeholders, as
well as external industry peers and organizations.
• Coordinate change implementation process with internal departments, external
parties and client testing/client sign off.
• Lead the marketing team to conduct relevant surveys/researches to identify the
market interests and concerns.
• Manage Product Lifecycle Management (launch to obsolescence) activities.
Skills & Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Be able to work under pressure
and deadlines.
• Experience creating/launching a new product, developing an app or software.
(preferred)
• Excellent organization skills, details oriented, know priorities.
• Post-secondary education with a focus in Business or Computer Science.
• 2 years Product Management experience.
• Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office(required).
• Bilingual/Multilingual is a big asset(preferred).
• Advanced decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and review potential
impacts.
• A sales background is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
• Completion of Post-Secondary education.
• 2 years Product Management experience.
Compensation & Benefit
• $31 to $35 hourly rate depending on qualification, 7.5hrs per day.
• Full benefit available after probation.
• 10 paid vacation days per annum to start.
• Bonus available depending on performance.
