Job Title: INSULATION SUPERVISOR

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Work Location: #197 13644, 67 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 6X5 Canada 

Wage rate: $35/hour for 32 to 40 hours/week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period. 

Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate

Experience: Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of Insulators and Insulator Helpers. 
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• Prepare work progress reports.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, overtime required.
