Puran Enterprises Ltd. (DBA:subway) is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our team

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $25/ hr for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Location: Unit: 2445, 6551 No.3 Road, Richmond, BC, V6Y 2B6

Main Duties:

• Greet and make sure Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Preparing the work schedule.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Will have to ensure the safety of the employees and customers.
• Check the food and its expiry date as per the instructions of the assigned person.

Qualification: Completion of Senior Secondary School

Experience: Having experience of at least 1 year.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; physically demanding; Standing for extended periods. Ability to supervise 3-4 people.
