ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Job details:

Salary: $24.20 CAD Per Hour

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, 30 hours per week

1 Position Available

Start date: As soon as possible

Job requirements:

Languages:
English is a mandatory language

Education:
College/CEGEP

Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills:

  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases with client records
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
  • Distribute, forward and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
